Estimated Production Lead Time

Production schedules are calculated based on the specific order volume:

• 1 – 500 pcs: Approximately 7 days.

• 501 – 1,000 pcs: Approximately 10 days.

• 1,001 – 5,000 pcs: Approximately 15 days.

• Over 5,000 pcs: Delivery timeline will be mutually negotiated based on actual production capacity.

International Shipping Partners

We facilitate global delivery through world-class express courier services:

• DHL, FedEx, UPS: Average transit time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination region.

• Tracking Number: A tracking code will be provided immediately after the consignment is handed over to the courier, allowing you to monitor the real-time shipping progress.

Import Duties & Customs Clearance

• Under FOB terms, the buyer (Importer) is fully responsible for paying import duties, value-added tax (VAT), and all customs clearance fees in the destination country.

• Ann Handicraft will provide all necessary export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List) to facilitate a seamless customs clearance process on your end.

Packaging Standards

To guarantee product integrity and pristine condition during long-distance transit:

• Each individual 3D card comes complete with 01 envelope and 01 protective cellophane sleeve (polybag).

• Products are securely packed into rigid, export-standard corrugated carton boxes to ensure maximum durability and protection against external impacts.
